We're flexible on quantity — there isn't one number that fits both a 12-kennel groomer and a 300-intake shelter. Most orders up to 500 packs ship within two business days. Beyond that it depends on what we have on the floor at the time, so email us with the sizes and quantity and we'll give you a firm date before you commit. Stock ships from Columbus, OH or Los Angeles, CA — whichever is closer to you.
Yes. Our pads are listed on Vetcove, so you can add them to an order on the account you already use — no new vendor setup, no separate invoice. Ask us about volume pricing either way.
Terms depend on how long we've worked together and the credit line we can extend, so a first order and a fifth order don't look the same. On larger orders we can structure several kinds of payment terms — tell us the size you're planning and we'll tell you what's available.
Yes. We print in-house — the GoofyPet Times pad is our own printed product — so custom printing on pads is something we already do. You supply the print-ready label artwork and we'll quote it against your volume.
Yes. Alongside our own line we manufacture to other brands' specifications, and it's work we've been doing long enough to know the supply base well — which plants do what well, at what price, and where the quality actually holds up. For a buyer that usually means skipping months of sourcing, sampling and factory vetting. Tell us the product and the volume you have in mind and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right partner for it.
